Judith Leiber (born 1921) is a known trendy and luxury purses designer. She was born in Hungary and she also is the first women to enter the handbag craftsmen guild in Budapest. When World War 2 started she flew her native country because of her Jewish origin and moved to Swiss. After the war she got married with a soldier from America and moved to United States. This happened in 1948.
Judith restarted her business again in 1963. Her clients included first ladies, actresses and celebrities. Her particular speciality is the miniaudieres. This brand is also quite expensive and some of her bags can cost over 5000 USD.
One of her most famous purses is the Judith Leiber cupcake minaudiere. You can buy it in New York or Las Vegas stores stores or order online from Neiman Marcus, for example. The brand also sells fragrance, jewelry, eyewear and other small items.
